The Taekwondo Plus Team is a martial arts school established in Saint-Eustache and Saint-Zotique.
Since its opening in 2021, the school has supported students of all ages in learning taekwondo and the fundamental values of martial arts.
Our teaching is based on a mixture of traditional and Olympic techniques, allowing students to discover a complete, dynamic and structured taekwondo.
Our instructors are experienced and available to guide students at every stage of their progress.
Whether you are starting your very first course or pursuing an advanced path, you can progress in a motivating and supportive environment.

Motor skills, listening and fun. A playful introduction to martial arts.
5-12 years old
Technique, discipline and self-confidence through a structured program.
