The goal of L'Équipe Taekwondo Plus is very simple: to offer quality training in a family-friendly environment. Our martial arts instruction is based on a blend of both traditional and Olympic techniques, and this is what makes us a unique martial arts school.
We opened our doors in 2021. Several experienced instructors are there to guide you through every step of the process. Whether you're a beginner or at an advanced level, you can continuously improve.
More than a sport, Taekwondo is a path. With us, you develop discipline, respect, courtesy, leadership and self-confidence — qualities that extend far beyond the tatami.
